2 Tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Heart Toppers – Maple Cinnamon
1 slice toast
1-2 tsp coconut oil
Warm cast iron pan over medium heat. Add coconut oil. Press bread onto oil, flipping to get desired brown and crispness. Remove and plate, top with Hemp hearts, and enjoy!
