Crinkle cut butternut squash
Olive oil spray

Heat the oven to 450 degrees & in a roasting pan or cookie sheet, spread the butternut squash out in a single layer so the pieces are not touching.
Spray lightly with oil, toss & spread out again, & then do another spray with oil.
Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown or to your desired crispness, flipping once or twice along the way. Salt to preference.
