Research shows that women go on anywhere from 16-65 diets in their lives, and diet for a cumulative 31 years!!!! Seriously gals, that’s more time then we spend at any one job, and likely more time than we invest in any hobby! Men aren’t immune to this diet investment either – their stats are about half – but growing exponentially. So if these stats are even remotely true for you, one thing is for sure: you can totally do a diet; yes you can lose weight. But how come you find it again, every d*#n time?!
