Not all fast food is created equal. Fast food should be quality food that tastes good and delivers balanced nutrients for sustained energy. But so often fast food is crap food; highly processed food where one sacrifices nutrition for convenience, or the excuse of convenience.
When I met the folks at Freshii and learned about their mission – to make fast quality food available…everywhere – we decided to team up to create a menu that delivered not just on quality and fast but also provides the right nutrient balance and calories to help achieve weight loss, body composition improvements (fat loss vs. lean body mass), and energy improvements.
So check out the Freshii15 menu for menu items as well as guidelines for customizing your own menu items. You can choose these at a Freshii near you or use the guidelines to stay on the Freshii15 plan on your own.

I have read that “all food is good for you” when consumed in moderation. Would that not apply to ‘fast food’ also?
Fast food, yes. Junk “food”, no. If it is made in nature then our body will know what to do with it – and practicing portion control is part of that.
I read cooking vegetables at high temps, especially potatoes can produce acrylamide, a potential carcinogen. Potato chips carry a huge risk since they are fried at high temps. Soaking for 2 hours was recommended before frying them to reduce the acrylamide level. See rodale.com.
Any safe brands of chips out there?
